Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Once processed, we will email you an order confirmation
Shipping Delivery
Only the following shipping methods are available Currently (SMSA Express), Standard Shipping (5-7 business days).
Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.
You are responsible for any reshipping fees due to incorrect shipping information you provided.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees.
We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for the reasons of being defective, damaged product or different from what you purchased, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be in the same condition as received, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@5lmonkeys.com with subject "Return Request" to obtain a Return Form and the return address.
After filling a Return Form and emailing it back to us, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided.
Please note, you will not be responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please Note
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Any Refund will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order except for Cash on Delivery.
