Criticize or Guide your Child?

Updated: Jan 29

In the role of the educator that you practice, whether you are a father, a mother, or a teacher, what are your goals? What do you aspire to instill in those you raise? What are your dreams look like?

Understand Your Child's Brain

During our parenting journey, a lot of contradiction occurs between what we aspire to reap and what we instill in direct or indirect ways in our children. When a child performs undesirable behaviors, we treat the scales of the behavior without its essence, so the behavior is repeated again and again!.

Rather, it may multiply and other actions increase on it, and the wheel continues to spin without solutions, and this is what results from reprimanding.

How do you guide your children?

If you aspire to instill respect and appreciation in your child, you teach him the exact opposite by yelling at him or not taking his opinion into account! But if we look at the essence of the unwanted behavior and take it as an educational opportunity for the educator and the child, the result will inevitably be different! Because we will break the wheel by finding effective solutions that guide the essence of action.

Let us be careful to look at the causes and motives of the behaviors in order to understand the feelings, thoughts, and messages of the children to us. He might scream because he wants more attention!!! He might hit because he wants to feel that he has power!!! He might provoke you in every possible way because something bothers him so much and he wants revenge for himself.

Let us use guidance with our children to build a healthy relationship between us and our children that leads us to reach our dreams and goals.
